Treningi ob drogu za tiste, ki vam vrtoglavi elementi niso na prvem mestu in za tiste, ki si želite “le” razgibati telo, se brez omejitev vrteti in plesati ob drogu. Leta, kilogrami in vaše fizične zmogljivosti tukaj ne bodo pomembne. Treningi malce bolj “na izi”, pa vendarle ne preveč.
